Do you have an IVA.
I am no expert but if so you need to speak with your IP to discuss your I and E with a view to a possible variation meeting.

Assuming that you are already in an IVA - you will need to discuss your current circumstances with your IP. Everyone knows that the cost of living is increasing, even IPs, so I am sure you can work together to find a sensible and affordable solution.
