Hi Everyone,
Had my telephone meeting with melanie a couple of days ago, just to finalise a few things and have a chat really, I shoulld get my proposal through any day now, to check it over (I am sure it will be just as discussed with her anyway)and send it back, it was nice talking to her in person, although I was prepared to go to Cardiff to meet her, my shifts clashed with days Melanie was not in the office, mine is a relatively straight forward IVA with nothing too complicated so it was not important for me to go, I just would have liked to, talking to Melanie was really easy almost like and old friend you had not spoken to for a while, there is no " I am on a pedastal or in a ivory tower" and above you kind of attitude at all, came off the phone feeling a lot happier knowing it wont be long before it is all sorted.

Good luck from me too. I'm sure everything will work out for you. I'm with Melanie but I haven't talked to her yet. I will be meeting her though as I am self-employed and I am nervous, I know I shouldn't be.

Try not to be nervous, I know its very hard, Melanie is very easy to talk too you will be fine.

And thanks to everyone for the warm thoughts, I am positive nothing will go wrong, I am in good hands and have sound advice given to me.
