Can you have an ISA whilst on an IVA?

You could start paying into an ISA whilst in an IVA as savings are allowed if you have any surplus income income in your monthly expenditure budget which you haven't utilised. However, if you had money in an ISA prior to proposing an IVA, you would need to declare this to your creditors and may have to pay this money to them.
