Hello I was just wondering if its poosible to do a DMP if I defaulted on an IVA instead of going down the BR route just a hypothetical question really any answers greatly appreciated thanks

If your IVA has been terminated for any reason, you will simply be back where you started and creditors can then start chasing you again but beware, if they wanted they could petition for your bankruptcy.

There is no reason why you could not enter into a DMP with your creditors once an IVA has failed.

Oh thank you thats good to know and I was only asking because I have a 3 month probation in my job which ends in may so if I dont get kept on then I wouldnt be able to pay, but does the insurance pay out if this happens
