Hi
You need to use a broker, they should be able to source you a mortgage.
Andrew Graveson and Welshboy have been recommended by many and they are experts on this forum

Hi there
click on the link and this takes you to the experts page. You will find the 2 mortgage brokers there.
I haven't met Welshbiy but have met Andrew and was quite impressed by his knowledge and clear approach.

You can find Andrew's details on the experts page under his firm - Brightoak - and he may be the best to contact at the moment. Sadly, Tony's (Welshboy) Dad passed away last week after a short period of illness, and he is taking some time off on compassionate leave at the moment.

He will be touched with your thoughts Lesley, and I will make sure that he is aware that you are thinking of him at this time.

Melanie ... do pass on my regards and thoughts to Tony if you happen to speak to him. I met Tony at the 'Frugal Friends' meeting in Bristol ... such a nice man.
