My name is now on the insolvency register meeting agreed last thursday. Quite shocking when you first see it (as least my occupation isnt on) not that it would matter.
Heres to the next 5 years...

I looked once and am never going to look again until I have finished my iva.
It was quite a shock seeing my name, really brings it home x

you and me both emma. At least job public wouldnt think oh lets see if so and so is on the insolvency register lol.

We're still not on! Looks like we "got away" with it! Don't kmow whether to be pleased - no-one will know, or worried - creditors may start chasing us. Although not had any phone calls as yet and are a month into IVA.
Now look forward to getting mail - especially bank statement!! I even look at it every other day on t'internet![:)]
IP sent us a letter yesterday warning us about IVA council and other companies trying to tell us we have been mis-led. Thought that was good of IP to warn us. Also got 2 letters asking if we wanted a loan - as if!![:o)]
