Hi
Coming up to my first anniversary on April 17th, still haven't heard anything from my IP re an annual review[?][?]
All my payments are up to date and I am managing ok, I am just becoming a little concerned that my details are not up to date, I have just received a 3% salary increase, my outgoings have increased too, so really things have just about balanced themselves out, it would just be nice to get confirmation from my IP that my payments will stay the same.
Are there any hard and fast rules regarding annual reviews, should I be contacting my IP, or am I being a bit premature [?][?]

They will contact you when it's time (or they should if they are efficient !). I suspect that your salary increase will be eaten up by the constant price rises in utilites and other day to day items.

When you complete your I&E, just make sure you include everything you spend.

When I had my first year review, they did not come back to me to say anything so just continued as I was. It looks like the same has happened again this year, as they have not got back to me again after sending them the information they wanted for the review.

The first year though I did increase the payments myself after gaining a promotion.

All I know is that the £50 extra I get from my payrise this time round is being used up on the increased payments I'm making on petrol and utilities.

Your IP should make contact with you shortly, at which time you can submit a revised income and expenditure account detailing your increased salary and expenditure. The IP has two months following the anniversary to file his report to yourself, creditors and the Court, so there is plenty of time.

Hi
I think the IVA provider has upto two months after the anniversary to conduct and complete the review.
