Ok so my creditor's meeting is set for 21st April at 2pm. Holding out no hope whatsoever though - my biggest creditor is Northern Rock and I also have Egg, HSBC and MBNA on there, hmmm! To make it worse, I am only offering 19p/£ I believe.
It would be so incredible if I did get it and such a relief but not convinced and certainly not as convinced as Blair Endersby seem to be.
So what happens? Could it all be sorted before then if the creditors vote beforehand or is that unlikely?

Hi Popcorn. Your IP may know the outcome shortly before the meeting, depends on who votes when. Good Luck, let us know x

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I also forgot to say though - it's not only Northern Rock, it's a Northern Rock Together Mortgage !! So I assume they will probably exercise there charge thing and secure it against my house - brilliant!! As you can see, not feeling particularly positive about this !!! Beginning to feel perhaps i was rushed into as I can't see how it will get accepted after everything I have read. Of course if it was accepted I would be soooo happy.

Hi Popcorn, don't know about Northern Rock, but Egg voted yes for us last week, MBNA didn't vote. Good luck with your meeting, as everyone kept telling us, it's unlikely your IP would put you forward if they thought you didn't stand a good chance of being accepted, best of luck for the 21st.

I know hoe you feel regarding Northern Rock. They hold 29% of any vote we might put forward - therefore if they said no we are stuffed!
Good luck with yours I hope it works out for you. xx
