Hi, I am currently in an iva and in paid employment. I have been considering going self employed, just wondered if this is allowed whilst in an iva? If I did go self employed and were able to maintain my current level of contributions would that be acceptable?

There is no problem in reverting to self-employment whilst in an IVA, but ou will need to discuss this with your Supervisor who will want to see annual accounts of your business activities prepared in order to assess that you are paying the right level of contributions.
