can any one tell me how i go about updating my address infomation with the credit refernce agencies and what proof i need to do this

Write a letter detailing your old address and new address (inc full name + DOB) - sent this will a copy of a recent utility / council tax bill.

Send same letter to all 3 agencies - Experian / Equifax / Callcredit.

Contact your local council and ask them add you to the electoral rolling register (this will normally update the CRA with your votors roll within 60 days).

The latter is required for things like bank accounts or identity verification.
