I have an IVA and am getting married soon. I just wondered whether my husband to be would be affected by this and also if I did miss payments (although I never have) if his property would be affected. The property is solely in his name

Your new husband will not be affected at all by your IVA - but your Supervisor may need to see a reallocation of the expenditure between both of you based on actual earnings if you are not already living together.
