If i enter into an IVA, will this affect my wifes's credit rating? Additionally will I be able to remain a director of a ltd company, or will this be affected?
Hi Rob,
It should not affect her credit rating unless you have any linked accounts (including the Mortgage) however if it does have an affect on her file then you can contact the credit reference agencies and ask for her to be disassociated.
