I entered into an IVA last year & for me to achieve 25p in £ to my creditors i had to extend my IVA an extra year to 6 years in total.
When will my name be cleared is it straight away or after 7 years.

Your name will be removed from the credit referencing agencies six years from the date of your creditors meeting, and removed from the Insolvency Register as soon as your IP has ceased to act (which could be a little longer than the end of the sixth year).
