Key Facts:
IVA started April 2012
No missed payments
Full and final payment made July 2018
Completion/Closure Certificate received 07/02/19
Credit file still shows IVA (How long will it take to clear them)
All other markers on all files green (Experian, Equifax, Callcredit)
No creditors details remain on files

Currently have ex Northern Rock Mortgage (whistletree), no missed payments. More than 50% equity.

Want to re-mortgage at current mortgage at decent rate + release equity. together would = 67% LTV

Who are the best lenders to go to? :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I would suggest a chat with Ryan and / or Shaun --- two whole of market brokers with experience in adverse credit.

Their details can be found here:

We certainly have access to High Street Lenders who would be willing to lend now at 'normal' interest rates subject to affordability.

Some brokers have limited knowledge of the effects of an IVA and can be overly optimistic --- Always make sure that they are experienced in adverse credit situations, as are Ryan and Shaun, mentioned above, both of whom have a high success rate.

The other thing to mention is that we have access to exclusive deals with some Lenders so by going through ourselves you may well end up with a better interest rate than available direct from the Lender strangely.
