Hi

Please help!

I am in the process of trying to get an IVA through CCCS VA.

I have recently taken my car in for MOT and have been told I'll be lucky if it lasts another year (it is a 1992 car).

There for I would like top take a car out on lease as I am going to need one over the next 5 years for work.

Am I better off doing this before going for the IVA and selling my old car, or will I be allowed to get a cheap lease of around £100 per month on an IVA?

Thanks
Becky

If your about to go for an IVA you need to check that your credit rating is still good enough to get a lease contract!!

Hi Becky
Well you need a car,but you would be best to speak with your proposed IP before committing to another credit agreement. They will need to balance your needs with those of your creditors.
