At least you now understand the position fully. It baffles me why it takes creditors the whole of the iva to lodge their claims .. but at least you now have light at the end of the tunnel.

Another update .. just got off the phone with a DFD advisor and said the next time the closure team will look at my particular case will be the 20th December "because thats when they re-look at them" I am flabbergasted and frustrated - I honestly though he was joking at first but he clearly isn't .. Come on Laura is there anything you can do please as this is getting ridiculous !!

Amazing everything takes so long after completion our firm were really good and we received our CC 2weeks after completion. Surely if one can do others can

Exactly .. Ive just emailed Laura DFD forum member and DFD customer support saying the same ... How the H**l they can drag this along soo much is beyond me when other professional companies can process exactly the same information in a fraction of the time .. I wouldn't normally be bothered but I'm trying to move house and I cant get a mortgage until I get my C of C and I'm finally off the insolvency register

Hi Lisa , nightmare doesn't come close !
However Laura from DFD has emailed me this afternoon and has said she is now looking in to my IVA account and will contact me in due course ...

TBH I have recommended the IVA route to a few of my friends & family but my personal experience with DFD has definitely left a sour taste .. I promise I will change the Avatar once I'm finally sorted ...

Hi Everyone , just an update on my own personal situation .. Laura from DFD has been an absolute STAR , she has done exactly as she promised and my C of C is finally winging its way to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just need to see my name disappear of the IR and then I'm totally free .. What a fabulous Christmas present ! good luck and best wishes to everyone else on here and I hope its a happy new year !!
