Hi sjw,
I think that it's unlikely that this would affect your employment. You may wish to speak to a union representative to get reassurance; sadly I feel it's a discussion they may have had with others amongst your NHS colleagues.

Hi there sjw

Sound advice from Andrew with regard to your job - this should not be affected by bankruptcy proceedings and I have acted as Trustee to several nurses over the last couple of years.

Your car is potentially a problem, as it is worth more than the general allowance of £2,500 or so, so you might need to sell this and purchase a cheaper one.

I would check the value of the car and despite the value given your job I would have thought it was crucial to have a good car for your job and would suggest that you talk to your supervisor about it.

Good Luck
