rainbow this is the last part of the niece saga and thought you would be glad to know that she finally moved into her council house today, thanks for all your advice it really helped her situation, she found out the other week she had the house and finally moved in today, hubby is still not on the scene, so we will just have to see now how she gets on.

Really really pleased to hear the news and glad to have been of assistance. If hubby ever appears back on the scene then just advise her not to let him any way near the tenancy at least that way she is always protected in her OWN home.

Hope you are getting back on an even track now also and have some positive things to look forward to?

Sorry for the delay in replying but have just walked in from a trip to Cornwall as hubby was playing with his band down there so had a free weekend break! Well I did whilst he worked!lol
