My IVA has six months to run. Original total £ 125000, costs £16000 interest at 8%.
It does appear there will be a shortfall at end of period of £ 25000.
In your experience what happens? My present administator is not good for such questions.

Were you offering to repay creditors in full?

Welcome to the Forum enquirer1,

Could you provide what dividend (p/£) you were offering to your creditors? Unless you are offering 100p/£ there will always be a shortfall, this is the amount at the end of the term that gets legally written off.

Best Regards,
