IVA was approved on the 18th September - all creditors have received or accepted verbal confirmation of IVA insolvency number apart from Barlcay card who have persisted in ringing me over the weekend - I have explained on both occasions,sent copies of my chairmans report, directed them to my IP but still they continue to ring me demanding money - what can i do??

Theres nothing they can do about it, IVA's are leally binding The chances are, its just taking its time filtering through the system.
I would suggest ringing your IP and asking him/her to ring them and fax or post any letters you recieve from them to your IP.
Try asking the caller for their name to also pass to your IP.
