Hi
If your disposible income will repay your full unsecured debts in six years or less then a DMP may be preferred by your creditors

Hi wks,

To qualify for an IVA you need at least £200-250 disposable income, however on the other side you can have too much disposable income for an IVA. A good way to check this is if you take your disposable income X 60 months (5 years) if this is over your debt amount then you should be paying your debts off in a DMP.

How much disposable income do you have, and how much do you owe to creditors?
