Hi,

Im not sure but i have a few outstanding gas phone council tax bills can all these be included in an IVA? or is it just Credit cards and Loans?

Hi Holly,

I believe that if the bills are from either a previous property or previous year then these can be included in the IVA. Usually when an individual is in arrears it can be better for them to come to an arrangement with the provider outside the IVA.

This will then bring security as you know the provider will not cut off your gas, electricity etc.
