I understand that after having explained to the creditor about the fact that my daughters do not contribute towards the household due to them being at University, the creditor reversed their decision and accepted the proposal [:)]

It is under the condition that when they leave University and possibly obtain a full time job and start to contribute, this is taken into account.

I do feel it a little unfair in a way but as this is some years off and they would only contribute a nominal amount it may not even make that much difference.

So it is with extreme gratitude to my husband's IP and dedicated staff (and they know who they are [:D]) that I feel a whole lot better than I did last night.

My husband is still waiting for the paperwork as I believe there were some minor changes but this does not affect the overall outcome.

Thank you to everyone for your support - I definately needed that 'shoulder to cry on last night' and it was provided by people who don't judge but understand.

It is a long road ahead but hopefully one with a brighter outcome.

Once we have the paperwork I will post the decisions.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart x
