I have an IVA in place and have been paying for a year, I am hoping to move to New Zealand next year. What will happen with my IVA?
If you are prepared to continue making repayments in to it from NZ there shouldn't be a problem but you should tell your Supervisor your plans.
If you cannot see yourself continuing the payments then the IVA will terminate leaving the creditors free to recommence recovery procedures, although NZ is a very long way for a bailiff to travel!
