Can an IVA help us with secured debts?

I think it's only unsecured debts that can be dealt with in an IVA.

Only unsecured debts can be included in an IVA but there can be a provision made for you to continue paying your monthly commitments to secured loans.

And don't forget that if there is any shortfall on secured loans this will rank as an unsecured creditor, and can thus influence the decision of your IVA.
