Hi
Only if you are over 55,or will be during the IVA, and can release a lump sum, otherwise it can,t be used.

Hi peel7 and Welcome,

In an IVA or Bankruptcy your pension amount is protected and you cannot be made to release funds, however creditors can ask that you stop paying monthly contributions.

I would check the terms and conditions of your pension fund to see when you are able to release funds.
