Both my partner and I are struggling to keep up with our debts and are both looking into the option of an IVA. Are we able to apply for a joint IVA? Or will be have to do it individually?

There are no joint IVA,s however most couples have an IVA each that is interlocking and is assessed from joint income and expenditure and paid by one monthly payment.These are very common but you will both need 75 percent approval from your creditors on your own debts.
