hi
I have a static caravan on HP with Black horse, if i were to apply for an IVA would i lose it? i owe approx £10,000 on it.
Another question.I am a homeowner although i do not reside their because i have to live on site at my job ( i have lived at my job for 12 years)will this affect me getting an IVA?

I assume that this is on a hire-purchase agreement? Do you live in this property or is it just used for holidays? If the latter, it is unlikely that creditors would be happy for you to continue with the HP payments at their expense.

Who lives in the property that you own?
