Can I enter into an IVA even if I do not own my own home. I am presently renting

Hi There Gkb Welcome to the forum.
Yes you can enter into an iva if you are renting the main criteria is to have enough disposable income to be able to fund an iva. If you would like to post more details like income level of debt and what you have left after living costs then everyone will advise. It is also helpful to put down your creditors as well.

If renting, you will need to produce a copy of your tenancy agreement to your IP as proof of your payments. Apart from that, there is little difference to the procedure whether you are renting or property owners.
