one of my creditors knows where i work can they contact my place of work and tell them i'm not paying

Hi Jmr, your creditors are not allowed to discuss you with anyone else and you are protected by the data protection act. If they have your work telephone number they may well phone you at work though so be prepared for this.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I had a creditor call me at work and I remember my husband did also. It might be an idea to contact the creditor and inform them you are not allowed to take personal calls at work so can they remove that number from your contact details
