Will my chidren's savings be frozen if I am declared bankrupt?
Hi dce and Welcome to the Forum,
When you mean children's savings, are the accounts in your children's names? or is it savings that you save in your account.
I only ask as if you were to declare yourself bankrupt any accounts in your name would be lost, not frozen. It would also be unlikely that you will be allowed to have a savings provision.
