Hi,
I am homeowner,i have currently unsecured debts of 21000,and total 5 creditors to whom i pay 320 pounds each and every month. I went for iva application, but 1 of my creditor refused the iva proposal.Can you help

Think you probably need to give some more details. Who/how much/who voted etc. How much was being offerred in IVA?

However if you already paying £320...£320 x 60 = £19,200 anyways. Verging on not being insolvent anyways? With IVA fees likely to be say £9K...so I bet the creditors would rather have 19K instead of just 10K. Or was the IVA for a lot less? is the £320 affordable? (or was the IVA amount?)
