ok so heres my update......
andrew at bright oak , has managed to get Black horse to agree to a dmp, and to freeze interest and charges omg 1 down a few more to go.... this is the 1 we were worried about, u watch a small company refuse it now..... hope every 1 is ok

well thats one step in the right direction lisa especially with BH, they refused to acknowledge mine so well done on getting that far.

yeah as u no it was bh that reused our iva, and they wanted to set us up on a 80 per mth payment plan, and use them to arragne a dmp for us.... so i was sure they refuse this, but as i said b4 they acept this orwe have to go for Br as we cant offer them wat we aint got can we thanks
