hi i have been in an iva for nearly two years and it will be clear in 3 years.
i have just tried to claim my bank charges will i be able to the bank i am claming from is one of my creditors but on recieving my statements it showed that my account was £0 and then it has been closed will this effect me claimng i am claiming over £2000

It should not affect any claim Lianne, as I expect that your account is showing a zero balance as it has been written off by the bank.

Do remember that if you are claiming charges against a bank to whom you owed money, that they will offset any claim against their debt first, and that the proceeds of any further balance will need to be paid into your IVA as a windfall.
