I owe the Inland Revenue and National Insurance money can an IVA help reduce these amounts or sort me out a low monthly repayment plan?

Hi kevin and welcome to the forum

You should include the Inland Revenue along with your other creditors when making an IVA proposal. These days the Crown creditors get no preferential treatment, but you will need to show that you are compliant with your taxation affairs to get a supporting vote.
