We recently(last week) sent off our paperwork to start IVA proceedings. We have informed all our creditors of the situation. Since then, we have been inundated with junk e-mails, and a couple of pieces of junk mail, regarding getting credit with APR's up to 177% in one instance. Do creditors pass on our details to other companies? Or are these "offers" from the mainstream lenders using different names? We have been amazed by the speed whith which these companies have discovered our situation! Or are we just being naive?
Thanks, Helen.
