Hi shazza
You will need to discuss the implications of your rent increase with your IP directly, as it may be that your IVA has to be varied to accomodate the new payment. Is there any particular reason why your new rental is a lot higher, and is there any way you could reduce the cost just until the IVA has concluded?

I would be moving from a one bedroom flat to a one bedroom house with a garden, and I have been in my flat for about 6 years and luckily my rent has never been increased.
I don't think I can get the rent decreased, but I will have a go!
