Hi aden.d

If you are already in an IVA, it is nigh impossible to change your IP unless you have a very good reason and make an application to Court. You would have to bear the costs of the application. Is there any reason why you are thinking of this?

Hi Aden and Welcome to the Forum,

Unfortunately Melanie is correct, if your IVA has been accepted then it is almost impossible to change the I.P or company you are dealing with. Remember that an IVA is legally binding on both sides.

How long have you been in your IVA?

Changing an IP when the IVA has already been agreed is a notoriously difficult proccess. Why do you feel you would like to consider this as an option?
