My IVA was approved at the end of December.
Today I received a letter from a company called Tyler Morgan Ltd addressed to both my wife & I enclosing a copy of a publication called 'IVA News' & offering 'help & support' during our IVA......
I am concerned as to who this company is & more importantly how they aquired our details and know about our IVA???

I appreciate that information is available through a check on the Insolvency Register, and if this is how this company operate then so be it.

Im just trying to confirm really that confidentiality has not been breached somewhere along the line.

Has anyone else had a similar letter or know anything about this company???

I would not worry too much I had one last yoar when i just started my iva. They look on the insolvency register, Its just a mail shot.You can either put it in the draw for future reference or bin it. Its your choice,

I had my IVA approved late december too and I received the same today.
