Can anyone share experience of whether first direct agreed to your Iva?

Or hsbc as first direct fall under their umbrella

Not sure of their current actions when being asked to vote, however I do know that both First Direct and HSBC have tendencies to close bank accounts for those entering ivas, often at short notice.
