I owe approx £26000 to a number of different creditors. I am hoping to recieve a lump sum in the next couple of months.
Am I right in thinking that I can offer as little as 40% of my debt in a full and final offer of debt repayment?

Hi
You can but only if it is the best offer that you can make to your creditors.
You need to demonstrate that you can't pay your contractual repayments and that you can't make ongoing payments in additon to the lump sum.
