				Hi.  Can a postgraduate and post-studies bank loan be discharged in bankruptcy?

				Hi
 I am sure that they can.
 I believe that it is only loans from the student loan company that are exempt in bankruptcy.
 However please wait for a difinitive answer from one of our IPs who post regularly
