I have just looked at my entry on the Insolvency Register and Insolvency Service contact details show RTLU, whereas someone else's entry for the same OR's office shows Enquiry Desk.

Please can someone tell me what the difference is, and is it anything I need to worry about?

Thanks x

Thanks for that Sensible. I don't have any assets so I am presuming it's 'redistribution of workload' so fingers crossed the OR has finished with me and I can just count down the days to automatic discharge!

It would be nice Andy but I think it's getting a bit late for that now - I've got just over 3 months left and it takes roughly 2 months to process ED!

Hi Skippy,

Mine too has passed onto this team.

I emailed the OR to ask why, and he told me that my entire case had been passed to the RTLU where they would monitor my IPA payments.

I was worried at first too, but as I have no assets, I can only assume it too was for passing on a workload.
