Caraf...I have thought about changing my tel no.with BT, can you tell me how to go about it?
Do you have to pay to get it done and what reasons do you have to give them??
Also does it affect your internet connection if you change number?
Thanks

Hi sjw
It is a very worrying time and creditor calls are relentlous, I would advise you to sit down and work out what you owe and what you can afford to pay each month and then get some professional advice.
I remember making the first call and it was so hard but I knew it had to be done sooner or later, you will feel relief when you decide on the best solution for you
Good luck
Emma x

I should add not to leave it too close to 10pm to call BT as their customer service call centres usually close then!!
