No, i haven't got indigestion.
Christmas shopping all done, everything paid for, and no bills
in January.
It bears repeating, (Wahey, another indigestion joke!), this is a
million times better than the situation we were in this time
last year.

Nice feeling isnt it olympic. I am the same all done, no bills to come and hubby not paid yet, usually we are trying to sort it all out at the last minute. The trouble is my brain wont accept that it is all done , I keep sitting here thinking what have I missed cos its not normal to be ready so early.

Makes for a much more pleasurable xmas.

If was an expert at budgeting tips i wouldn't need an IVA!!.
Seriously though, just relax and try to get to December 27th with the minimum amount of stress.
If you have been up front and reasonable with your income and expenditure, living within your means becomes easier without the mountain of post dumped on your doorstep every day.
I know it's not easy waiting for the meeting,
i had more fun having root canal work.
Other than that, my best find was the post office saving stamps at £5 a time, which can be used for car tax.

Try to relax, you are doing all you can, you are on the road to debt freedom. I know its easier said than done but you cant really do anymore. Christmas expands to the time you give it, I havent done it at all, nowhere even near, but I will do my best and thats all I can do. I hate to think of you sitting worrying, its paralysing to the point of not being able to function. Put it out of your mind for now, take some time for yourself. I made myself ill with it last year and couldnt work, I wouldnt want you to do the same. My sister made me do something, made me get christmas ready and I am soooooo glad that I did, even though it was frugal, I was at that time looking forward to it as it was an honest christmas. None of us know whats round the corner but you have done your best for now.
