Only if you can tell us what Clearstart's charges are, as this will affect the dividend payment.
Surely you signed a copy of the IVA proposal, where this should have been clearly marked?

Good luck from me too !! I know just how you are feeling our meeting is on the 27th December. Not a very nice time of year. We just so desperate for it to be approved. Cannot concentrate on Christmas but need to for our daughters sake. How is your Christmas shopping going, its a nice proud feeling to use CASH.

Thankyou all for your kind support. Yes it does feel good to get christmas shopping and not rely on credit to get it . I did a little shopping today actually( i have 3 children ) i havent gone overboard and have stuck to a budget. I also have 4 nieces and they have a little something each too. Going through this Iva process certainly makes you think about what is important at christmas , spending time with family and friends and not spending an absolute fortune on presents which really are not nessasary.I will keep you posted and thanks again for all your advice and support .

Good luck Rachell....am with CS too and so far they've been pretty good. Enjoy Christmas and remember to pat yourselves on the back every now and again for taking the right decision and starting the process of taking back control...
