Hi
My IVA was accepted at end of Oct but have had a couple of letters saying since IVA was accepted they are registering default notices.
Is this right, why do they do it if IVAis registered on file?
Thanks.

An IVA is a far more serious thing to have registered on your credit file than a few default notices, so I would not worry about these as they probably result from creditors being late in updating their own systems.

Hi
Both your IVA and defauls will fall off your credit file within a month or two of each other.
