We are almost a year in to our IVA and are very unhappy with the company, especially regarding misinformation, e.g being told that any council tax arrears cannot be included in an IVA amongst others

is it possible to change companies>?

It is near impossible to change companies once you are already in an IVA.

As Skint says it is very difficult to change IVA firms once your IVA has been approved. Have you spoken to your IP about your concerns? They may be able to help resolve them?
