i still live with my parents, if i opt for voluntary bankruptcy will this affect them
It shouldnt affect your parents but if they do have any problems, a notice to the credit reference agencies dis-associating them from your debt should do the trick.
If im wrong, im sure one of the experts will be along to correct me
