Hi everyone
Got my iva proposal papers this morning
my estimated divdend is 27p/£ has anyone got their iva through with this kind of amount ?
My meeting with an IP is next !

Hi Marie, my IVA was approved at 26p/£ but depends on your circumstances.

Yes they have. A lot have 25p and 26p mine is only 32p. Some creditors like a higher amount , if you post your creditors etc then others will advise.

HALIFAX,STUDIO,ARGOS,GRATTAN,VANQUIS CARD,FLEX ACCOUNT,CAP ONE,CAP ONE(2),NEXT,GREAT UNIVERSAL,PROVICENT,SHOPACHECK,ADDITIONS,MARSHALL WARD,CITI CARD,KAYS,EMPIRESTORES,SOLUTION FIN,LITTLEWOODS,WESCOT,VERTBAUDET,HALIFAX ONE CARD

do you think these creditors will accept 27p/£ ?

Glad to see hsbc and northern rock are not there, they want a minimum of 40p in the pound, so thats good. Others will comment as the only creditors I had were studio and argos who both voted yes as I remember. Try not to worry you are facing your debt and trying to do the best you can. Keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and any questions or even a moan if you feel like it.

hi marie i had littlewoods,kays, solution finance,citi,cap one 2 cards,next,argos,and littlewoods extra amongst mine and they all either didnt vote or said yes my proposal was 43p in pound good luck.

I can only speak from my own experience, other experts may well have differing views, but most of those creditors are generally supportive towards IVAs.

The fact that you have alot of creditors will help your proposal as I doubt if any one has a deciding vote[more than 25 percent of your total debt]
